We provide individual, couples, family, and group sessions in psychotherapy, biophysics, and metaphysics. All services are payable at the time of booking. We offer various payment options, including direct fee-for-service payments online, structured weekly or monthly payment plans, split-pay (e.g., buy now, pay later), and insurance carrier reimbursement.
Meet your service provider: Lita Carvalho is a licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) and licensed practitioner of the healing arts (LPHA) working in private practice as a psychotherapist. Additionally, Lita trains and supervises practicum licensing hours as a Preceptor for psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP) at Walden, Purdue, and West Coast Universities. Ms. Carvalho has worked in various clinical environments, including Wraparound community mental health services for youth and families, residential Crisis House services (e.g., S.T.A.R.T. Program), settings involving the justice system (e.g., Juvenile Hall, San Diego County Jail, and California Department of Corrections State Prison), as well as psychotherapy (e.g., ages 7 to 65+ years old). Most recently, Lita Carvalho is finalizing her research study titled: A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Exploration of Altered States of Consciousness.
